OUR HOURLY RATE STRUCTURE IS AS FOLLOWS: Labour Normal Time    R420.00 (Including VAT) Mondays - Fridays, between the hours of 08h00 and 17h00 Labour Over Time        R500.00 (Including VAT) Mondays - Fridays, after the hours of 17h00 Saturdays; Sundays and Public Holidays - All day. The first hour or part thereof is charged for as a full hour rate. Labour time thereafter is charged in half hourly increments. Hardware of all items is CBD (payment before delivery) TELEPHONIC & REMOTE LOGIN SUPPORT RATES: The monthly telephonic and remote login support contract is R390.00 per month, per branch/shop. This covers to a maximum of three hours of remote login & telephonic support per month. These fees are payable for the month in advance. Should you not be on the monthly support contract, all remote login and telephonic support sessions will be charged at our standard labour rate in half hourly increments. OUT OF DURBAN RATES: Call out’s to clients exceeding a 50-60km return radius (Eg: PMB, Ballito, Stanger, Amanzimtoti) will be billed as follows: Per call out to your premises (Includes travelling costs & the first hour labour on site support): 1.5 times of the standard labour rate. Labour rates after the first hour on site, will be charged as per our standard labour rate in half hourly increments.
